Reservation Policies
Major credit cards and personal checks are accepted. The deposit amount equals one night's stay or 50% of the total, which ever is the greater. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit required within ten days of making the reservation. Bookings are released if deposit is not received within ten days of reservation date. Deposits will be forfeit for parties arriving after the date specified. Refunds are not made for early departures regardless of cause.
We strongly recommend the consideration of travel insurance to protect your investment should any unsuspected emergency arise. Deposits are refundable if reservations are canceled a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival. A stay of five (5) or more days, holidays and foliage season require 30 days notice. Deposits cannot be transferred within the cancellation period. A $25.00 processing charge applies to all cancellations.
Some packages are completely non refundable. Travel insurance is recommended.
We are a completely nonsmoking property. A $250.00 cleaning charge will be applied for carpet and fabric cleaning to the account of guests who elect to smoke in their accommodations. Smoking is allowed outside the inn, on the grounds of the inn, and ashtrays cheerfully provided. Check-in time after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time before 11:00 a.m.
