Quebec Construction Holiday Celebration at the Innsbruck Inn in Stowe
In recognition of the Quebec Construction Holiday and the contributions that all people in the construction industry provide to our society, the Drolet Family invite you to join them for two weeks of American & Canadian music, breakfast specialties from both countries, a delicious seafood chowder, a traditional bonfire/marshmallow roast nightly, Construction Day in the Sandbox with Tonka Trucks and a poolside sparkler night for the kids including cake and ice cream for the whole family on Saturday nights! All located in the heart of the scenic tourist district of Stowe, only 1 ½ miles from Vermont’s Highest Peak and 4 miles from the Village of Stowe.

Listen to the sounds of Celine Dion, Diana Krall, Frank Sinatra, The Boston Pops and other musical artists, while enjoying a relaxing complimentary glass of wine, some delicious Vermont local artisan cheeses, and the serene landscape of the inn from the comfort of our Old World brick patio.
Mornings July 19 to 31, 7:30-10:30 AM
Enjoy a traditional Canadian & American buffet breakfast including favorites such as baked beans, Blueberry pancakes, maple cured sausage, Canadian Bacon, breakfast crepes and fresh fruit salad, all served in the SkiMeister Café which features a large fireplace, and skiing history memorabilia.
Monday Afternoon July 19 & 26, 3:30 -5:00 PM
A summer celebration is never complete without good Seafood Chowder! Lucky for us and our guests, Mr. Kirk Admunsen has prepared for a late afternoon snack on Saturday afternoon, a delicious homemade chowder recipe complete with Westminster Vermont-made crackers. “Now that’s a good chowda!”
Tuesday Afternoon July 20 & 27, 3:30-5:00 PM
Our complimentary Afternoon Tea & Snack will include delicious homemade Maple glazed cookies from the Sweet Crunch bakery of Hyde Park, Vermont featured on the Rachel Ray television show.
Wednesday Afternoon July 21 & 28, 3:00-4:30 PM
Join us for a good ol’ fashion weenie roast! Our complimentary Tea & snack will include Hot dogs all dressed, Lemonade, Ice Tea, watermelon, and Leclerc maple cookies from Quebec.
Thursday Afternoon July 22 & 29, 3:00- 5:00 PM
Let The Games Begin!! Join us for a fun and informal tournament of Horseshoes, Bocce, Volley ball, Paddle Tennis and Family Soccer…If you can walk, you can play!! There’ll be prizes for all ages!!
Friday, Evening July 23 & 30, at dusk 8:30-10:00 PM
Relax and enjoy the visual spectacle of a traditional bonfire against a peaceful Vermont night!! There will be music; hopefully some singing from our talented guests, sparklers, Complimentary coffee, tea, cake and ice cream served at the Gazebo and jumbo marshmallows for roasting!!
Saturday, Evening July 24 & 31, 2010 at dusk 8:30-10:00 PM
Come join us at the Gazebo & Fire Bowl for music, a game of fireside charades & story telling perhaps…share your jokes!! There’ll be Complimentary coffee, tea, maple cookies and jumbo marshmallows for roasting by the bonfire.
Sunday, Morning July 25 & August 1, 2010 7:30-10:30 AM
Enjoy a traditional American buffet breakfast including favorites such as baked beans, maple cured sausage, fresh fruit salad, and Eggs Benedict in the SkiMeister Café or on the open air Old World brick patio.
Daily Activities at the Innsbruck Inn at Stowe!
There’s swimming in the Heated pool, wading in the West Branch by the Streamside Park, soaking in the Outdoor & Indoor Spas, Biking on the 5.5 mile Stowe Bike Path, Hiking on the Nordic Trails adjacent to the inn, Paddle Tennis, Lawn Games, Fishing, walking to the covered bridge, and everyday will be Construction Day at the Sandbox and Tree House with Tonka Trucks for the young “workers”. Plus… there’s horseback riding, carriage rides and an indoor tennis center next door. For Mom there’s a Spa day at the world renowned Topnotch Spa also located next door.
